About John Akwei, ECMp ERMp Data Scientist

John Akwei, ECMp ERMp Data Scientist is the founder of ContextBase, a data science consultancy, since January 2013. He has over 10 years of experience as a data science leader, directing data efforts for AIIM International from 2008-2012 and previously working as an administrative assistant at Myvesta from 1999-2002.

He studied Data Science and earned a Data Science Specialization Certificate from Johns Hopkins University in 2014-2015. His skills include formulating hypotheses, statistical programming, building models, experimental design, and statistical inference. Earlier in his career, Akwei studied electronics technology at Capitol Technology University, graduating in 1986.
